Relationship traumas
Man is a social being, and having relations and making interactions with each other is part of him. Ones’ interaction with his or her colleagues more often, is calibrated as ones’ social capital whereby, friends’ colleagues and family will tend to evaluate how well one interacted with them ,to gauge whether or not to offer their assistance. The same parameter is often used by spouse against their partners despite it been a selfish move, whose goal is to manipulate, gaslight the other, for their short comings.
In order for a relationship to thrive there has to be consistence in communication, respect, trust, faith and trust between the spouses. Failure, in maintaining either of the above, results into a misunderstanding and unnecessary conflict. It’s necessary to acknowledge that we are of different personalities from each, and how one deal’s with a situation at hand is totally different from how you as a person will deal.
Therefore on the on matters of relationships, some may end up thriving while others, comes to an end. All this is dependable on how well one is invested and committed.
In the event that a relationship comes to an end, and either spouse or partners parts ways, how one deal with the break up matters and help a lot in understanding a man’s behavior.
To some, life continues normally while others sink into a spiral depression and occasionally having relationship trauma, depending on the nature of their previous relationship whether toxic or not. Such trauma may include:
a. trust issues
b. Dysfunctional relationship as a result open and unhealed wounds from relations.
c. Anxiety
d. Isolation and introverted behavior
e. Loss of self esteem
f. Depression tends to set in.
g. Lack of sleep or sleeping a lot.
h. Panic attacks
i. Having low people tolerance
j. Doubts
k. Assuming a people pleasing nature.
l. Being emotional
m. Self-blaming.
n. Being vengeful
If you or someone you known are exhibiting such, behavior changes its importance and necessary to seek professional psychological help. Since these are all pointer of a post traumatic relationship syndrome. Which are baggage, hang-ups and symptoms that are similar to post traumatic stress disorder P.T.S.D.
If left untreated, may result into a mental case. Therefore, being a social being, it’s crucial that acknowledge that we got limitations, and challenges we endure daily, let them not be the basis to which we are to evaluate how, and to what extent we opt to lender help to a person without being biased regardless of their social capital.
